Add some todo's so I don't forget them.

Re-spawn is working, added an alert when you get booted and auto-focus on the name input.

Lazers are now transferred through the net again and effect enemies.

User can now fire his lazer again and it renders cleanly.

Cleaning up old files.

Sync the user-selected skins across the network.

Allow you to change orientation (but not move) on collisions.

Started implementing lazers.

Fixed the ghosting bug, the force variable was always false.

Fixed error on existing game join.

Restored edge pushing. Movement is 100% now.

Moving works again (mostly) and the new rendering technique looks like a win!

More work on conditional rendering.

Fixed arbitrary position rendering.

Added the loading screens to mainloop.

Partial re-write using main loop. Just saving state here.
