Fix the Tag symbol generation to allow UTF-8 characters, but still be safe. Not 100% sure about this fix.

Fixed the RSS reader implementation to address the issues outlined in issue 66 (http://code.google.com/p/storytlr/issues/detail?id=66). Essentially this is just a fix for Zend_Feed and clashing namespaces. I also added category to tag conversion.

Gitorious switch from LINK to STATUS type breaks dashboard page.
